PolitiFact says: Stanley cups’ base contain a sealing material with lead, used to vacuum seal the cups. The lead is covered by stainless steel and doesn’t come into contact with areas consumers touch or drink from.

PolitiFact says: Many states changed procedures in 2020 to make it easier to vote by mail during the COVID-19 pandemic for voters of both parties and independents. This was done out in the open and was not cheating.
