“Kamala Harris helped violent rioters in Minnesota get out of jail to do more damage.”
Washington Post says: Cotton’s claim that “violent rioters” were released with MFF funds has some basis in fact. But we stumble over Cotton’s additional claim that violent rioters were let out of jail to do more damage.
“Like I did in Kenosha. You know, Kenosha went through three or four days. You wouldn’t have a Kenosha right now. We demanded that they send in the National Guard. Called the governor.”

“If I didn’t INSIST on having the National Guard activate and go into Kenosha, Wisconsin, there would be no Kenosha right now.”
PolitiFact says: This is wrong on every level, including the most basic one: None of the troops in WI were dispatched or aided by Trump. It's a state process.
“If you go to Antifa.com, it takes you directly to Joe Biden’s webpage...what’s that tell ya…try it yourself.”

FactCheck.org says: The figure is an estimate for the number of Americans, outside of Medicare and Medicaid, with preexisting conditions. To be at risk of being denied insurance, they would have to seek coverage on the individual market.
