PolitiFact says: Trump was president when Black poverty and unemployment reached record lows. But he leaves out President Joe Biden, saw both record lows surpassed on his watch.

PolitiFact says: A U.S. appeals court overturned a lower court’s decision to dismiss a lawsuit challenging a school district’s COVID-19 vaccination mandate for staff. But it did not rule on whether vaccine mandates were constitutional.

FactCheck.org says: An appeals court revived a lawsuit against the LA school district for its now-rescinded COVID-19 vaccine mandate in order to develop the record. But anti-vaccine activists falsely claimed the court ruled on the merits.
“Video shows “two electric vehicles in a crash in Canada.”
PolitiFact says: Satellite imagery shows that this video was taken in Moscow, not Canada. Media reports of the explosion said it was caused by a truck containing gas cylinders colliding with a bus.

Washington Post says: Bryant did not testify under oath, and there's little evidence of confessions

PolitiFact says: The U.S. Constitution, not any state’s constitution, sets the qualifications to run for president. They are limited to natural-born citizenship, age (35 by Inauguration Day) and residency in the United States (14 years).
“Congo, Africa, just released a lot of people, a lot of people from their prisons and jails and brought them into the United States of America.”
PolitiFact says: U.S. border officials have encountered migrants from the Democratic Republic of Congo more than 2,000 times under Biden. But experts on prisons or Congo said that they had no evidence to back up Trump’s statement.
