PolitiFact says: There’s no evidence showing that remdesivir, the first treatment approved for COVID-19, killed patients taking the drug. Remdesivir was used in a 2018 clinical trial against Ebola virus in Africa, but was ineffective.

PolitiFact says: A U.S. appeals court overturned a lower court’s decision to dismiss a lawsuit challenging a school district’s COVID-19 vaccination mandate for staff. But it did not rule on whether vaccine mandates were constitutional.

FactCheck.org says: An appeals court revived a lawsuit against the LA school district for its now-rescinded COVID-19 vaccine mandate in order to develop the record. But anti-vaccine activists falsely claimed the court ruled on the merits.
