PolitiFact says: Biden and Harris questioned whether Trump would roll out COVID-19 vaccines safely, not the vaccines themselves. The Biden administration supports requiring vaccinations for some people, such as members of the military.

PolitiFact says: Academic studies of early vaccine lotteries do provide reason for skepticism about how successful such programs have been. However, the studies so far have produced mixed findings, rather than unanimously negative ones.

PolitiFact says: The study of people who received at least one dose of the two-shot vaccines said Pfizer’s effectiveness in preventing COVID-19 dipped to 42% in July. Pfizer and Moderna are highly effective in preventing hospitalization.
