Their rating
Donald Trump, president

“Barack Obama and Joe Biden "passed a tax bill that gave us all of these privileges for depreciation, tax credits. We build a building, and we get tax credits, like the hotel on Pennsylvania Ave.”

PolitiFact rated this: Needs context

PolitiFact says: The Trump campaign cited a tax change under Obama, but it's not clear how that relates to his Pennsylvania Avenue hotel. That hotel earned a $40 million tax break under a law on the books since 1976.

Joe Biden, Democratic presidential nominee

“President Donald Trump's effort in court to nullify the Affordable Care Act would "take 100 million people with preexisting conditions and move them in a direction where they can't get coverage.”

FactCheck.org rated this: Misleading

FactCheck.org says: The figure is an estimate for the number of Americans, outside of Medicare and Medicaid, with preexisting conditions. To be at risk of being denied insurance, they would have to seek coverage on the individual market.
