FactCheck.org says: Since Barron Trump was born in the U.S., and neither of his parents is/was a diplomat with diplomatic immunity when he was born, he is unquestionably a U.S. citizen under the 14th amendment.
PolitiFact says: Swalwell didn’t quote Sen. Lindsey Graham accurately. Swalwell posted that Graham said Trump plans to deport legal immigrants, but Graham said Trump plans to deport immigrants in the U.S. "illegally," not "legally.
PolitiFact says: Not all Americans married to immigrants are barred from getting a stimulus check. That applies to couples that filed a joint tax return, one using a Social Security number and the other using an ITIN.
