6 checks for “Trump Campaign”
“Shows a clip of Donald Trump saying women needed to face “some form of punishment" for violating abortion bans.”
FactCheck.org says: Trump quickly retracted his answer after being criticized. In a statement issued the same day, Trump said the physician performing the abortion should be held legally responsible — not the woman.
“A Trump campaign ad that praises the president's handling of the pandemic quotes Dr. Anthony Fauci saying, "I can't imagine that ... anybody could be doing more.”
FactCheck.org says: Fauci was referring to the efforts of federal public health officials, not specifically to Trump. Even though they are members of the Trump administration, that is not the same thing as praising Trump's response.
“Says Donald Trump’s reelection campaign emailed supporters to “donate to help him recover from” COVID-19.”
PolitiFact says: The image in the tweet is fake.
“Campaign video shows President Trump earning bipartisan praise for his handling of the coronavirus crisis.”
FactStream says: Testing testing testing.
“Campaign TV ad suggests CNN chief medical correspondent Dr. Sanjay Gupta agreed 2 million people would have died from the novel coronavirus were it not for President Donald Trump's China travel restrictions.”
FactCheck.org says: A Trump campaign ad misleadingly edits a CNN interview to suggest 2 million people would have died from the novel coronavirus were it not for President Donald Trump’s China travel restrictions.
