Mr Morrison's figure accords with data found in Australia's National Greenhouse Gas Inventory, including land use, land-use change and forestry (LULUCF) and using 2005 as a starting year. However, none of the countries with which he compares Australia have submitted 2020 data to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, which does not ...
