Simula noong Peb. 2, ang Indonesia, Singapore, Lao PDR, at Myanmar lamang ang nagsimula ng kanilang mga programa sa pagbabakuna. Inaasahan ng Pilipinas, Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand, at Vietnam ang mga supply ng bakuna sa kalagitnaan hanggang huli ng Pebrero. Ang Brunei ay makakakuha ng mga dosis mula sa AstraZeneca at sa COVAX Facility ngunit "tinatasahan" pa rin ang mga bakuna mula sa Sinopharm at Sinovac ng China, Moderna, at Pfizer-BioNTech.
