Four POGOs in Pasay City and Pampanga found to have engaged in criminal activities had licenses from PAGCOR when they were raided last year, according Winston Casio, spokesperson of the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission. Sen. Sherwin Gatchalian said the two POGO hubs raided in Bamban, Tarlac – Hongsheng Gaming Technology and Zun Yuan Technology – were also licensed.
