“You saw what happened in Pennsylvania. Some state Supreme Court justice just ruled that they can take as long as they want to count the ballots.”

FactCheck.org rated this: False

FactCheck.org says: The Pennsylvania Supreme Court had ruled that the ballots mailed by Election Day (or presumed to have been mailed by Election Day) could be counted if they arrived by 5 p.m. on Nov. 6, three days after Election Day.

Social media posts

“Prior to 1983, social security was not taxable. Joe Biden voted successfully in favor of taxing 50% of social security. In 1993, Joe Biden was the deciding vote in raising taxes on social security from 50% to 85%. Now he wants to tax our 401k's and IRA's.”

FactCheck.org rated this: Misleading

FactCheck.org says: Posts suggest that Joe Biden is responsible for taxes on Social Security, but those posts ignore the political history and mislead on the details. The posts also twist Biden’s proposals on retirement contributions.

Joe Biden, President of the United States

“TV ad: "The chief actuary of the Social Security Administration just released an analysis of Trump’s planned cuts to Social Security. .... If Trump gets his way, Social Security benefits will run out in just three years from now.”

FactCheck.org rated this: False

FactCheck.org says: The Social Security Administration's chief actuary analyzed "hypothetical legislation" that would eliminate the payroll tax that funds Social Security — not a proposal from Trump.
