“Raising the debt limit is paying our old debts. It has nothing to do with new spending.”
PolitiFact says: New spending initiatives, such as the two bills Biden is currently backing in Congress, were not the immediate cause of the debt limit increase that Democrats in Congress enacted. But they aren’t entirely irrelevant.

PolitiFact says: The two women shown in the TikTok video were not shoppers, but were among a large group of anti-vaccine protesters in Paris who forced their way into a mall that required proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test.
“Probably 60% or 70%” of West Virginia University students were already infected by the coronavirus before coming to campus this year.”
PolitiFact says: Estimating the percentage of college students who have previously been infected by the coronavirus basically boils down to a guess, since there is little comprehensive testing of who has antibodies to the virus.

PolitiFact says: Medical experts said the blood test results in the video didn’t come close to showing an immune system that has crashed. This wasn’t observed in the COVID-19 vaccine trials where blood counts were obtained, experts said.

PolitiFact says: The latest news reports indicate Biden’s proposed $45 billion for HBCUs could be reduced by Democrats to $2 billion. But even if the amount is reduced, it would be an increase, not a cut, in funding for HBCUs.
“There is no FDA approval for the Pfizer BioNTech vaccine for COVID-19.”
