“In Michigan “we have over-votes in numerous precincts of 150%, 200%, and 300%.”
PolitiFact says: Giuliani’s source was an affidavit that mistook Minnesota precincts for Michigan precincts and cited 25 “Wayne County” precincts that are not actually in Wayne County.
“Joe Biden told us a few days before the election, that he had the best voter fraud team in the world.”
PolitiFact says: Giuliani is referencing a video excerpt that takes Biden’s words out of context and misrepresents the substance of what he said.
“Says Kelly Loeffler is "for getting rid of health care in the middle of a pandemic.”
PolitiFact says: Warnock's wording offered no specifics on Loeffler's health care policies or positions. Loeffler voted to allow the Trump administration to proceed with supporting a lawsuit that seeks to overturn Obamacare.
“AARP endorsed Biden” and “says if you are past 75 you should just die and go away.”
“Biden campaign director arrested for electoral fraud.”
“Donald Trump posed as an anonymous “Nevada poll worker” on Laura Ingraham’s show.”
“Map shows 2020 election results.”
“Smartmatic and Dominion systems ... were built to do this very thing, for changing the results of elections.”
PolitiFact says: Dominion and Smartmatic make electronic voting systems. Neither was created for “changing the results of elections.”
“The law governing the transition of presidential power “doesn’t require there to be an absolute winner. It says the ‘apparent' winner.”
PolitiFact says: The primary law governing transitions, the Presidential Transition Act, took effect in 1964 and has been updated on several occasions. It uses the term “apparent” winner.
“The media called the 2016 election for Hillary Clinton.”
“Ticketmaster is planning mandatory COVID vaccine identification for concert attendance.”
“Vaccines “will remove parts of your DNA and replace it with GENETIC CODING (TECHNOLOGY)” that will “cause people to HAVE to cooperate with the New World Order.”
“Video shows trashed ballots for Donald Trump.”
“Big victory moments ago in the State of Nevada. The all Democrat County Commissioner race, on same ballot as President, just thrown out because of large scale voter discrepancy.”
“Says “47 additional counties used the same software that caused a ‘glitch’ in Antrim County (that switched 6,000 votes from Trump to Biden in that county)” and votes in the state are “potentially fraudulent.”
PolitiFact says: An inaccurate vote count in Michigan’s Antrim County was never an official result and was due to a human error by the county clerk, not a failure in Dominion Voting Systems software.
“Says Georgia’s secretary of state won’t let the people recounting ballots check the signatures for fraud.”
PolitiFact says: Signature verification and vote counting are totally separate by design. The goal is to preserve the secrecy of your vote.
“The 2020 election is in “recount territory” and “I’ve seen elections change as a result of” recounts.”
PolitiFact says: Yes, some local races have flipped after recounts, but no race in the U.S. flipped with a margin near the 20,000-vote lead Biden has in Wisconsin.
“The MOB in PA was HIRED by the Biden team to create fake ballots by the thousands!!”
PolitiFact says: There is no evidence the Biden campaign hired a mob boss named “Skinny Joey” Merlino to fabricate hundreds of thousands of ballots in Philadelphia. Officials have said the election was “transparent and secure."
“The recent statement by Chris Krebs on the security of the 2020 Election was highly inaccurate, in that there were massive improprieties and fraud.”
PolitiFact says: Fifty-nine election and cybersecurity experts agreed in a public statement that claims of a "rigged" election "either have been unsubstantiated or are technically incoherent."
