PolitiFact says: The New York Times story examined a new allegation that Joe Biden sexually assaulted a former staff assistant in 1993. Thirteen words were removed, but the same words that were removed are intact two paragraphs earlier.

PolitiFact says: Retired lawmakers don’t receive full pay as their pension, and in most cases they won’t be vested after serving just one term in office. Federal law caps pensions at 80% of full salary.

PolitiFact says: Obama did not sign anything into law called the "medical appliance tax bill." A moratorium was placed on the medical device tax he did sign into law as part of the Affordable Care Act in late 2015.

“Says Wisconsin measures have "prevented the death of at least 300 Wisconsinites, and perhaps as many as 1,400 lives.”

PolitiFact says: This claim lines up with projections made by DHS, and experts say it’s in line with what other models projected as well. But Evers neglects to describe this as an estimate or projection.

“The CDC recommends that only people with COVID-19 symptoms should wear masks.”

PolitiFact says: To guard against the spread of the coronavirus, the CDC recommends nearly everyone wear a face covering when out in public and where social distancing is more difficult. That's a change from its previous advice.
