PolitiFact says: Under the proposed Nevada ballot measure, the state could still restrict abortions after fetal viability, and abortions after that point could be performed if needed to protect the pregnant woman's health.
“Rep. Elissa Slotkin “voted recently to let illegals vote in U.S. elections.”

“Rep. Elissa Slotkin’s vote for the 2022 Inflation Reduction Act was a vote to “cut Medicare benefits for seniors.”
PolitiFact says: The 2022 Inflation Reduction Act allows Medicare to negotiate drug prices and cap out-of-pocket costs, lowering costs for older Americans. The law does not cut any benefits for Medicare recipients.
“The Inflation Reduction Act, which Rep. Elissa Slotkin supported, “drove inflation higher.”
PolitiFact says: The inflation rate has fallen by more than two-thirds since the Inflation Reduction Act was passed in August 2022. The law was likely not the reason for inflation's easing, but it's wrong to say it made inflation worse.
“Travis Kelce kneels during national anthem fined $10 million and thrown out of the game.”
“Two years ago, Bob Casey promised us his vote will reduce inflation. ... Casey’s vote for reckless spending” made inflation worse.”
PolitiFact says: The inflation rate has fallen by more than two-thirds since the Inflation Reduction Act became. The law is likely not the cause of inflation's easing, but it's wrong to say it worsened inflation.

“U.S. Sen. Jon Tester “voted to give taxpayer-funded health care to illegal immigrants.”
PolitiFact says: Tester voted against an amendment, but its passage would not have given "taxpayer-funded health care to illegal immigrants." Such spending was then, as now, prohibited under federal law.
