“A new Missouri bill “would put teachers on the sex offense registry if they ‘contribute to social transition’” of transgender students, including by using gender-affirming pronouns.”

PolitiFact rated this: Mostly True

PolitiFact says: The bill would make it a felony for a teacher to "support" a transgender student’s "social transition." The bill is unclear whether using gender-affirming pronouns for transgender students would constitute "support."

“Your report on Page 208 says that Mr. Biden couldn't come up with the date, the year, of his son Beau Biden's death, when in fact in the transcript it shows that you asked him the month. And you know what he said Mr. Hur? He said, ‘Oh, God, May 30.’ Would you like to correct the record? His memory was pretty firm on the month and the day.”

PolitiFact rated this: Misleading

PolitiFact says: The transcript of Hur’s interview with Biden didn't show Hur asking what month Beau Biden died. But Biden did identify the month and day unprompted.

“A woman was “sex trafficked by the cartels starting at the age of 12 … We wouldn't be okay with this happening in a third world country. This is the United States of America.”

PolitiFact rated this: False

PolitiFact says: Karla Jacinto Romero was sex trafficked in Mexico from 2004 to 2008, starting when she was 12 years old. We found no evidence that this trafficking was linked to Jacinto trying to migrate to the United States.
