Joe Biden, former vice president

“The fact is that he has in fact, worked on this in a way that he’s going to be the first president of the United States to leave office, having fewer jobs in his administration than when he became president. Fewer jobs than when he became president. First one in American history.”

Washington Post rated this: Needs context

Washington Post says: Biden’s statistic holds up, as Trump ranks in last place either in terms of raw numbers or percentage change. But measuring job growth by presidential term is simply not a useful measure.

Joe Biden, former vice president

“Malinowski tried to make it easier for predators to hide in the shadows. Malinowski worked as the top lobbyist for a radical group that strongly opposed the national sex offender registry. Law enforcement praised the national sex offender registry that Tom Malinowski led an effort to stop.”

Washington Post rated this: Four Pinocchios

Washington Post says: The bulk of the evidence shows Malinowski played no role in this debate.
