The ZOE COVID Study team, which was cited by the graphic, said in an email to VERA Files Fact Check that it had not done the analysis on symptoms in the first 48 hours of infection. It added that it had “never” said lower back pain, night sweats and body aches, and loss of appetite were top symptoms of Omicron.
