“The U.S. declared retired International Criminal Court chief prosecutor Fatou Bensouda "persona non grata" for "inventing" human rights violations.”
Larry Gadon lawyer. Claim dated 18 Jun 2021.

What Vera Files found

Economic sanctions and visa restrictions were imposed on Bensouda during the administration of former U.S. president Donald Trump in September 2020. But these were lifted in April 2021 under the term of his successor, Joe Biden. The sanctions were placed by the Trump administration becausethe ICC supposedly had no jurisdiction to investigate or prosecute U.S. personnel, not because Bensouda "concocted" cases against the U.S. as Gadon had claimed.
