PolitiFact says: Police officers have protections against civil suits; Trump seeks protections against criminal prosecution. Also police protections have limits; Trump wants effectively unlimited protection.
“As you know, Nikki Haley in particular is counting on the Democrats and liberals to infiltrate the Republican primary,”
PolitiFact says: Registered Democrats cannot vote in New Hampshire’s GOP primary. Undeclared voters, or people who aren’t affiliated with the Democratic or Republican parties, can vote in the primary. Nikki Haley is courting them.
“Claimed that "Jimmy Carter’s commission" said "we have to get rid of mail-in ballots because once you have mail-in ballots, you have crooked elections.”
FactCheck.org says: In a 2005 report, the bipartisan commission warned about the increased risk of fraud, but suggested measures to lessen that risk. Carter is an advocate for mail-in voting.

PolitiFact says: The number is wrong. Haley’s plan wouldn’t affect current beneficiaries or Americans anywhere close to retiring, let alone 82% of the U.S. population.
