PolitiFact says: There is no legal definition of “mass shooting.” Organizations that collect this data use their own definitions which results in different numbers of mass shootings annually.

PolitiFact says: U.S. Census Bureau and the Federal Reserve Board datasets found record levels of Black business ownership in 2021 and 2022, the most recent year available.

PolitiFact says: Not "all" the recovered classified materials were in lockable filing cabinets. Classified documents were found in a box in the garage and in "unlocked drawers."

“I’ve seen headlines since the report was released about my willful retention of documents. This … assertion is not only misleading but just plain wrong.”

PolitiFact says: Special Counsel Robert Hur decided against pursuing criminal charges. However, the report states clearly that the special counsel found evidence that Biden did willfully retain classified documents.
