“Photos show that Police Officer Michael Fanone and a man who walked through the Capitol with a Confederate battle flag on Jan. 6 are the "SAME GUY!!”
FactCheck.org says: Social media posts are spreading the false claim that a police officer who responded to the Capitol breach on Jan. 6 was really part of the rioting crowd. The photos they use actually show two different people.

“It’s paid for," referring to the bipartisan Senate infrastructure bill.”
FactCheck.org says: A budget watchdog group says the bill only pays for about half of the $548 billion in new spending, mainly because it counts savings that have already occurred.
