FACTLY says: This claim is not true; it is an old Hoax that has been circulating on the internet for many years. Tata Motors themselves clarified this through their official ‘X’ handle.

PolitiFact says: Gov. Cooper said Sept. 29 that 550 members of the state National Guard deployed, 24 shelters opened and more than 1,600 state transportation employees and contract crews were working to clear roads. FEMA also sent aid.

PolitiFact says: North Carolina Gov. Roy Cooper requested a federal major disaster declaration Sept. 27 and President Joe Biden approved it the next day. Twenty-five counties were covered in the declaration, regardless of how they voted.

Vera Files says: Last May, Duterte said Marcos' performance was a "dismal failure." In January, he called Marcos "an addict." In November 2021, Duterte said Marcos was "a very weak leader...a spoiled child."
