FACTLY says: The video footage in the post shows the space crash of Russian Proton- M Rocket, in the year 2013. It is old footage and not related to India

FactCheck.org says: The largest increase in basic military pay under Trump was 3.1%. Since 2002, there have been larger increases in seven of the last 19 years, including 5% in 2002 and 4.1% in 2003.

FACTLY says: In a video message, Pratap has himself clarified that he has not been appointed as a scientist in DRDO by PM Modi. Also, there is no concrete evidence to most of his achievements being shared on social media.
