FactCheck.org says: While the U.S. has the most confirmed cases and deaths by a wide margin, it does not have the most in either category on a per-capita basis.

FactCheck.org says: CDC confirmed the first COVID-19 case Jan. 20 -- 11 days before travel restrictions were announced and "all travel from China" was not shut down. There were exceptions for U.S. citizens, permanent residents and family.
“Former White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders tweeted that recent events like the George Floyd protests, the pandemic, the impeachment, and the Russia investigation "happened because Hillary [Clinton] lost.”
FactCheck.org says: Sarah Huckabee Sanders did not write or post the tweet. The tweet is actually from an unverified Twitter account that misspelled her name.

FactCheck.org says: You don’t have to look very far from the Mexican city to find a place with a much higher infection rate: the city of San Diego, California, right across the border.

FactCheck.org says: China didn't stop the coronavirus from going to Beijing. There have been 594 cases and nine deaths in Beijing, as of June 9.

FactCheck.org says: Some scientists have hypothesized vitamin D might be helpful, but there is no direct evidence that vitamin D can prevent COVID-19 or lessen disease severity. Nevertheless, it should be part of a healthy lifestyle.

FactCheck.org says: The claim “[v]accines are in direct violation of The Nuremberg Code” is circulating. But the Nuremberg Code addresses the treatment of human subjects in medical experiments, not the use of approved vaccines on patients.
