There is no communal angle to this incident. According to the FIR filed in this case, the incident occurred on 03 March 2024, in Fulat village, when Nadeem allegedly attempted to molest Afzal’s daughter. All the individuals involved, including both the accused and the complainants, belong to the same Muslim community. Muzaffarnagar police also refuted this claim in response to a post with a similar claim on X(Twitter)
