The posted news is an old one. Arvind Kejriwal was ranked 42 on the 2016 list. While it is true that Narendra Modi did not get a rank in the 2016 list, he was ranked 5 in the 2015 list. Kejriwal did not find a place in the 2015 list. Both of them did not find a place in the last released 2020 list
