The video actually shows a man influencing votes in Faridabad, Haryana back in 2019. The Chief Electoral Officer of Haryana took cognizance of the video when it went viral on social media and FIR was lodged against the person and he was arrested. The video has nothing to do with the recent Bihar elections.
