“Mobile phone can be charged using Onions”
What FACTLY found
The claim that onions can be used to charge a mobile phone is unscientific. Even if the onion is filled with electrolytes, two electrodes are required for the whole setup to work like a wet cell. Since this setup does not have two electrodes, there is no chance of it working like a wet cell battery that can power a mobile phone.
