“Photo of Russian President Vladimir Putin’s office with the portrait of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar”
What FACTLY found
The photo is morphed from an image where the President usually chairs the security council sessions of Russia. In several other similar images, the portrait seen is the State Seal of the Russian Federation. There are no evidence to conclude that a portrait of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar is hung in Putin’s office, which is the meeting place of the Security Council in the Moscow Kremlin’s Senate building
