The video is from 2020 not a recent one. In October 2020, a group of men taking out bike rally brandishing swords in Tinsukia, Assam, were intercepted by a police vehicle. A person nabbed in the incident said that he was from Bajrang Dal and that he was part of the procession taken out on ‘Ashtra Poojan’
