The incident shown in the video took place in April 2018. An Air India Boeing 787 Dream liner flying from Amritsar to Delhi was hit by severe turbulence, causing injuries to three passengers in 2018. The video shows a cabin crew adjusting a detached window panel that fell off during the turbulence. It is not a recent incident.
