There is no central government direct benefit transfer scheme with such a name. It is a fraudulent link. The link redirects the user to a private website and asks for personal details. It also asks the user to share the message with 5 other people to complete the registration. The Press Information Bureau (PIB) has also clarified in May 2020 that the government is not running any such scheme
