PolitiFact says: Census data shows that 26% of K-12 students are Hispanic, but that doesn't mean they all speak Spanish. 15% students speak Spanish at home. Biden’s statement is partially accurate but omits important details.

PolitiFact says: The image was taken by Obama White House photographer Pete Souza in 2013 when Biden was vice president and Monaco was a White House adviser.

PolitiFact says: A conservative commentator mischaracterized the remarks of Bill Barr, who served as attorney general under former President Donald Trump. Barr did not call Trump a spy.
“Hundreds of thousands of innocent people died” from taking the drug azidothymidine, or AZT.”
PolitiFact says: We found no evidence that azidothymidine, or AZT, has killed "hundreds of thousands" of people. An expert said this claim is a conspiracy theory.
“In the U.S., “a person can be married in the morning and thrown out of a restaurant for being gay in the afternoon.”
PolitiFact says: There is no federal law that prohibits discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity in public accommodations. 28 states have some protections at the state level.
“Per capita, more Floridians move to California than Californians moving to Florida.”
PolitiFact says: The Census Bureau’s latest data shows that per capita, more Floridians moved to California than the other way around in 2021. But the difference is tiny and based on estimates.
“The White House Gift Shop is putting out a commemorative coin for Donald Trump's indictment.”
PolitiFact says: The gift shop is not affiliated with the Biden administration or the White House, despite its name.
“A printer error in Nassau County, New York, turned every registered voter Democratic.”
PolitiFact says: All voters in Nassau County, regardless of party registration, were mailed voter information cards identifying them as registered Democrats. The cards were sent in error and did not actually change any registrations.
