The viral photos are of Nek Mohammad, a BJP member from Kotma in Anuppur, Madhya Pradesh, not of the accused arrested in Bihar, Rizvi alias Raja, a resident of Bhapura in Singhwara, Darbhanga. Nek Mohammad has publicly clarified that he has no connection with Bihar, has never visited the state, has not abused anyone, and that his photos are being misused. According to the Darbhanga police, the accused in Darbhanga is reportedly associated with the Congress.
