The video does not show a man from West Bengal. The person seen in the video is Sagor Ali, whose social media accounts identify him as a resident of Thakurgaon district in Bangladesh. We also found multiple videos posted by him mocking West Bengal Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari. Additionally, Bangladeshi fact-checker Shohanur Rahman confirmed that Sagor Ali lives in Bangladesh.
