The video shows a 27-year-old Rohingya man named Rashid Ahmed, who was detained by police during a routine check near the Shalbagan checkpost in Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh, on 23 July 2025. He is from Rohingya Camp No. 26. Bangladeshi police suspect he was attempting to enter the camp secretly for criminal activity. There is no evidence that he was caught stealing from a Hindu household. The video is unrelated to India.
