“The video shows Hindus attacking members of the Muslim community in Nepal.”
What FACTLY found
None of the videos show Hindus attacking Muslims in Nepal. The first video is from Dhaka, Bangladesh, and shows supporters of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) allegedly attacking a Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami anti-extortion procession on 04 July 2026. The second video was also recorded in Comilla district, Bangladesh. While we could not independently verify the context of the second video, it is clear that it was not filmed in Nepal and is unrelated to the communal clashes there.
