The video is actually from February 2024 and shows residents of Priya Camp in Kalkaji, Delhi protesting against prolonged waterlogging in their area. Frustrated by inaction, local women blackened the signboards of Kejriwal and Atishi Marlena. There is no evidence of such an incident taking place during the 2025 Delhi elections.
