The video predates the Surya Pratap Chauhan murder case in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, and is unrelated to it. The video is actually linked to the funeral of 22-year-old Amanullah Qureshi, who was shot dead in Delhi’s Welcome area on 19–20 May 2026. Reports identified the handcuffed man seen in the video, who is heard vowing to take revenge, as Moin, Amanullah’s brother, who was in jail in connection with a murder case and was brought from jail to attend the burial.
