“The video shows Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath asking Prime Minister Narendra Modi to resign if he cannot attack Bangladesh.”
What FACTLY found
The video is digitally manipulated. While Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath did speak in the Assembly about the killing of a Hindu youth in Bangladesh and criticised the opposition, he did not ask Prime Minister Narendra Modi to resign or call for an attack on Bangladesh. The original assembly visuals does not contain these remarks, and the viral clip uses fabricated audio added to genuine visuals.
