“The videos show protests against the Bihar Police following the encounter of Bharat Bhushan Tiwari.”

What FACTLY found

None of these videos show protests against the Bihar Police following the encounter of Bharat Bhushan Tiwari. The first video is from a “Gunpowder Holi” celebration in Menar village, Rajasthan, while the second video shows a torchlight march organised by the Indian Youth Congress in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, in August 2025 over alleged “vote chori” (vote theft). Although protests have been reported in Bihar over the Tiwari case, these videos are unrelated to those demonstrations.
