The video is from 05 August 2022, when Priyanka Gandhi was detained during a Congress protest against inflation and GST in Delhi. The Waqf Amendment Bill was introduced in the Lok Sabha in August 2024 and passed in both Houses in April 2025—well after the video was recorded. There is no evidence of her participating in a public protest against the bill.
