What FACTLY found
The video is not from the 1940s. It is from 2015 and was filmed at an RSS meeting in Nagpur during the Sangh Shiksha Varg third anniversary. News reports by Aaj Tak and Zee 24 Taas confirm this, and visual comparisons match the individuals seen in the 2015 footage.
