PolitiFact says: Biden, like Trump, restricts Americans' travel to Mexico. The border is not “wide open” for illegal immigration. The vast majority of encounters result in U.S. immigration officials turning people away at the border.

PolitiFact says: News reports in March said a tent complex in Texas, a temporary U.S. border facility holding minors who cross the Mexico border, was at 700% or more of its capacity. Children sleep in see-through plastic pods.

PolitiFact says: There is no nationwide lockdown. Thousands of people are arriving at the southern border, but most are being expelled.
