Ultrasonic neck bands are not approved by US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as weight-loss/weight-management devices. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) also warns consumers not to believe such false advertisements which promote miraculous weight-loss. FTC further states, “Nothing you can wear or apply to your skin will cause you to lose weight. There’s no magical way to lose weight without a sensible diet and regular exercise”.
