The video is from Turkey, and not India. The incident happened on 30 August 2017 in a street in Maltepe, Istanbul. The bull escaped from an animal market nearby and attacked a woman who was crossing the street. The woman was taken to a hospital and was found to have a broken hip. She was later discharged after treatment
