What FACTLY found

The video shows an old incident that took place in Barranquilla City in Columbia. In May 2018, a 20-year-old young man lost his life after he was electrocuted while climbing down a high-voltage tower in Barranquilla. The young man climbed the tower intending to commit suicide, and when he changed his mind and tried to climb down, he accidentally got in contact with a live wire and suffered electrocution.
