The video shows Prime Minister Narendra Modi paying floral tribute to last Mughal emperor Bahadur Shah Zafar, not Aurangzeb. The video is from 07 September 2017 when Modi visited the grave of the last Mughal emperor, Zafar, in Myanmar. After the war of independence of 1857, Bahadur Shah Zafar was exiled by the British to Rangoon, a city in Myanmar. He breathed his last there on 07 November 1862
